  14. 1 cup white cabbage, sliced
  15. 1 cup red cabbage, sliced
  16. 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  17. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  18. 1 tablespoon lime juice
  19. 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  20. 8 corn tortillas, charred on the open flame 30 seconds on each side
  21. Lime wedges, for serving
